We believe in compensating employees well. Our CNAs love our benefits package, including direct paycheck deposit, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling. Part-time, full-time, weekend/nights-only, and live-in shifts are available.

Continuing Education

Home Care Caregiver Career Qualifications
- Must be compassionate, reliable, friendly and patient!
- Valid CNA license in MD or VA and/or HHA in DC.
- Up to date CPR certification.
- Must pass a complete criminal background check, DMV Record Check.
- Need to have reliable transportation.
- Valid Driver’s License, Vehicle Insurance and Registration – if driving for a client.
- Current TB Test (can be done after interview).

We provide what is known as companion care for seniors, allowing them to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
